Shipping Policy

Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders within India.

1. Delivery Addresses:
At Tiny Mafia, we provide Standard delivery to any address within India. However, we do not deliver to the following locations:

  • PO Boxes

  • Military and restricted areas

  • Naval ports
     

2. Shipping Location:
We currently ship products only within India. You can place orders from anywhere in the world, but we can only deliver to addresses within India.

3. Delivery Areas:
We deliver to most states in India where our logistics partners have affiliates. While we strive to keep our shipping rates affordable, our primary focus is on ensuring the items reach you quickly, promptly, and safely.

4. Delivery Timeframes:
We are committed to delivering your orders as fast as possible. Depending on your location, we aim to deliver most orders within 2 to 7 days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your specific location and the availability of our logistics partners.

5. Shipping Charges:
Our standard delivery charge for all orders is ₹100.

6. Policy Changes:
Tiny Mafia, TINY LEAGUE FASHIONS LLP reserves the right to change the above policies at its own discretion. Any changes to our shipping policy will be communicated on our website and through other appropriate channels.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Returns Policy is designed to provide you with information on how to return items in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read this policy and ensure that it aligns with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We make every effort to ensure that your Home Delivery order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with our product, we promise a full refund for the item.

3. Return and Refund:
We offer returns and full refunds on most items. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, color, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 15 days of receipt. Currently, we do not offer exchanges, but we encourage you to return an existing order and place a new order for the items you desire to purchase from us.

 

4. Eligibility for Refund:
Item(s) returned must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
 

  • The product is in pristine condition and has all tags and bills intact.

  • The product is unused (tried only to check the fit) and does not fall under the category of inner wear, socks, and perfumes.

  • You are returning the products from India only.

5. Refunds:
The refund will be processed after the product pick-up and a quality check by our team. The refund amount will be credited either to the source account or as brand credits, as per your preferred choice.

For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Free gifts provided with purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Order Cancellation:
Once the item is dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email our customer support for clarification.

8. Packaging Instructions:

  • Please ensure that you seal the return packet completely before handing it over to our courier partners.

  • Use separate packets for items from separate orders.
