Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders placed online. However, if you wish to return products after receiving your order, you can initiate a return, and you'll receive a full refund for the products' price. If you've made an error in the shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

We understand the excitement of receiving your order quickly! We strive to deliver orders as fast as possible, with delivery times typically ranging from 2 to 9 working days, depending on your location. To get a precise delivery estimate, simply enter your pin code on the product's display page.

We make every effort to ship all products in an order together. However, in some cases, certain products from an order may be dispatched from different locations. If this happens, we will ship the available products first and the rest in a separate shipment. We will keep you informed of each shipment's status, from dispatch to delivery, ensuring you can track it until it reaches your door. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Our delivery fee is just Rs 99 for orders below 2000/-. However, for orders above 2000/-, we offer free delivery!

While it's recommended for you to personally receive your order for complete satisfaction, if you're not available, our delivery executive will hand over the parcel to the person available at the delivery address. Our team may also confirm the delivery with you over the phone. To ensure security and validation, the receiver's signature will be taken at the time of delivery.

We understand that it's not always possible to be at the delivery address all the time. That's why we make three consecutive attempts to deliver your order. So if you've missed a delivery, don't worry, we'll try again on the following days.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed, as the system would have already processed this information for packing and shipping. However, you can cancel the order before it's packed and place a new order with the correct details. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges. Your satisfaction is our priority.

'Discount Codes' are special vouchers that can be used for exclusive promotions. The terms and conditions for using these codes will be provided along with the code itself. To apply a discount code on tinymafia.in, simply enter it in the appropriate field in your cart before completing your purchase. The discount will be automatically calculated and reflected in your total.

There could be various reasons for a payment refusal. Your credit or debit card may have expired, or there may have been an error in entering the payment details. We recommend carefully checking the information you entered and attempting the payment again. If the issue persists, consider trying an alternative payment method or contacting your bank for further assistance.

You have a generous 15-day window to request a return for any reason if you choose not to keep the items you've purchased. Requesting a return is a straightforward process, and the best part is, it's always free!

Any items that you return will be refunded using the payment method you initially selected for your order. Your refund will be equivalent to the final price you paid for the item.

At Tiny Mafia, we're committed to ensuring your refund is processed as swiftly as possible. Once the returned products reach our warehouse, we will take up to a maximum of 14 working days to verify that all return conditions have been met. After this, accepted returns will be promptly refunded. Throughout this process, we'll keep you informed via email.

Please bear in mind that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on banking procedures and the payment method you initially used.

Unfortunately, returns for orders placed online cannot be processed at our physical stores. However, our online return procedure is quick and entirely free.

There could be various reasons for the unavailability of Cash on Delivery (COD) in certain areas. Some locations might not be covered by our delivery partners for COD, or it may be due to the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeding a specific limit set by our courier partners. We recommend checking the availability of COD in your area by entering your pin code during the checkout process. In the meantime, we suggest using alternative payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking. The availability of COD may change in the future, so do check back.

Our ambition is to serve every corner of India, and we are working towards achieving this goal. We strive to deliver to all pin codes in India. However, during the shopping process, please verify if your pin code is covered by our Logistics Partner. If not, we kindly request you to provide an alternate shipping address.

Currently, we do not offer international delivery services. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as your mode of payment, as long as the shipping address is within India.
